The hotel has a lovely ensuite in the rooms, but the cleaning could be more thorough with dust found at the back of the bed and bedside lockers. The service was attentive and accommodating, and the location is convenient, close to Monmouth and within walking distance of the town center. The dining experience offered freshly cooked meals with locally sourced products, but some noise could be heard from the main road side. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautiful, classy, and very clean with a perfect breakfast. The rooms were large but lacked space for luggage. The service was exceptional, with helpful and cheerful staff who even went out of their way to assist us. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center, offering scenic views nearby. The dining experience was excellent, freshly cooked to order, and the facilities were top-notch.
